on the right hand side you can see download options. You could for instance grab the PDF and print the whole thing in one go.

Thanks for scanning and uploading that. Good resource. You show a green cover handbook that is revised 1954. The link gets me to one with a red cover, long C logo and is copyright 1950. Do you have the 1954 version or a link?

The version I started with was a c. 1950. It did not have a cover so I grabbed the red one online. then I incidentally grabbed a green one for my post here
