The early bird gets the height gauges

I was browsing the Kijiji tools section this morning and found a deal that I couldn't pass up. A guy had four height gauges, all Mitutoyo for $150. It was first come, first served, so I zipped over there and was the first. Not sure if they work and they're missing the scriber attachment. I think it was an awesome deal regardless.

You got a great deal, perhaps because not many people know what to use these for. Are you lucky and already have a surface plate?

Micrometers already look like C clamps to the clueless, so a bigger market there.
