I had a customer call me because of "peeling" of the garage coating about 1 year after installation. I don't know if he was being cute, but when I did the service call, the floor was obviously damaged by one of about 20 automotive products (which were sitting directly on the floor in a corner) which he had spilled and not cleaned up.
The clear coat had peeled up, sort of like blistered skin, but was easily sanded and I mixid up a few ounces of Arizona Poly100 and applied it over the area--you couldn't even see it.
