Oh, I do like this! Might need to change out a bench top for this purpose...
I used this jig: MFT Jig . There are multiple versions based on which track you use.

After lots of searching I purchased a Trend CraftPro 20mm router bit, expensive and came from Germany but it cuts well and good 20mm hole. Pair with a 20mm guide bushing, also a Trend brand.

I've had two prints pause due to power blips in the last 2 weeks. This should square that away

Credit to bambu, all I had to do was press resume and they got going just fine. I have a little bit of a layer shift in each part but nothing that's a problem

I've been getting these tiny defects on my prints that have been driving me mad. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Filament is overture PETG, and I'm printing on a core one. They look like under extrusion but sometimes have little tags like the second pic. I've tried adjusting flow multiplier, double checked my idler arm tension, played with nozzle temp, and cleaned out the nozzle.

They happen less frequently now but I'm still getting 1 defect in every ~4 prints.

Does the filament look spooled well, and does the spool rotate easily?

And is the filament dry?

It was wet filament! Thank you!

I used a dried roll of PETG with the same print settings and got a perfect 4 out of 4.

I don't usually have to dry my filament since humidity is very low over here right now with the whole winter thing but it's been warmer outside the past few days so humidity has been higher with everything melting. The print issues started yesterday but I had also just done some maintenance on the extruder so I thought maybe I had messed something up with the printer and never considered it was just the filament.

Easy fix! I should probably get a filament drier but between living in the arid west and now a sub-arctic desert it hasn't been much of an issue. I recently printed the last of a spool I opened six years ago!

Climate is only part of it as filament can be wet when you open the box. I know many get away with not, but drivers aren't expensive and can save a lot of time in reprints

I used to think the same way. Once I started drying my PETG and TPU, I noticed how much better prints were coming out. I don't dry PLA (mostly), but I have encountered a few brands/colors tend to get brittle over time, but a little time in the drier clears that up. I take care now to store my filaments well, but I'll pop things in the drier if I know I'll be doing something that I want perfection out of.

I must have 5 or 6 UPS devices around my house. Cutting my power will NOT gain you access to bypass my security system for sure. I also am the only 24/7 Trailerpark Free WIFI hotspot no matter what the power system says.

Only bad part... during a power failure... my house sounds like I need multiple smoke detector batteries....

I was unsure on how big of a ups I would need to cover the startup but know that this is more than enough. I'm hoping it can handle at least a second printer too...

I just finished another TPU print with the drier temp turned up to 70C (it's max) . Print quality was a little better, so thats my number moving forward
Once I dry my TPU, I just keep it in a drybox and it's good for a long time. Over a year for one of my rolls. I don't need to dry while printing. Maybe yours still has moisture in it and you're seeing the benefit of more dry time?

Currently printing a hook for a fan that I hang in front of my shop heater to blow the heat around a little bit better. Siraya Tech PET-CF sticks far too well to the Bambu textured PEI sheet, so I decided to finally try a glue stick. First time using it in 5 years of 3D printing. Works like a charm as a release agent.
