Started to redo my detached 2 1/2 car garage before the holidays thinking it would take a few weekends to complete,, HA! Stupid me. First off I had to remove a lot of **** and put in storage. Once that was completed I pressure washed the floor to clean some old oil stains. Next up I cut a big hole in the floor to install a recessed scissor lift. Then on to tile. It is now mostly completed. I'll post the current state and back fill later with the in progress pictures.

Also, what are the blueprints you have up on the wall? Car related, or garage related? Just curious. And again, nice looking space. I'm the type that feels that you can't go wrong with a red and black theme!!!!

Ceramic tiles. Obsolete equipment drawings. They closed the plant down and I found a big box full of laminated prints used at each machine station.

Thanks. I need to still get a compressor to replace the little baby one I have. I ran 230 to the back wall where I have an enclosed area behind the garage. The compressor will be out there so it wont be noisy inside.

I used the lift last night to get a motorcycle out of the back of my truck. Backed the truck up to the table, adjusted the height up to the tailgate, pushed the bike onto the table, pulled the truck out. Lowered the table to the ground and ready to go.
Looking into some kind of sliding doors(panels) to cover the back corner where the wood storage will be. Was thinking maybe unistrut with a couple of trolleys.

Thanks. It took a lot longer than planned due to weather and other family obligations on weekends.

Thanks. The garage is used for all kinds of tinkering. Built the street buggy in there. I build some woodworking projects. And just a couple of days ago i picked up an old Honda CB400 to "freshen up". Once the TV goes in I'll watch the Formula 1 races out there

I have 8 feet of space behind the garage. I am building an enclosed lean to. I will put the compressor out there as well as my 4ft sq box fan.
