Still a ton of landscaping to finish up.

I am now at the point to choose a lift.

For various reasons, I am going to go with a four post I can put on casters.

I can do 110 ceiling or 220 side wall.

I have been looking at various companies.

Doors are 12' high with a 14' ceiling.

I do not plan to store or work on anything over your typical 4000 pound car,
With vechicles ranging from 1969 to modern.

It does not have to handle my 3/4 ton truck for example.

It is not for daily drivers. I have overhangs for the tractor, ATV, Gator, Zero Turn, horse trailer, etc,
And a 30 ft attached garage for the daily drivers.

The bay is not huge, 32x30 because I left room up front for stairs to the upper room, and a wall to separate a shop area. One door is 9 feet wide, and the other 16.

I like to get bang for the buck,
So you are not likely to see me buy a Suzuki SUV, but not the Mercedes one either. I would grab a 4Runner. If that helps bracket in price/quality recommendations.

Thank you.

Looks great , I have a 4 post hoist , get it so you can get the truck on it , trust me you will use it once it's in the shop. I mostly work on old vettes , and the odd time a 1 ton truck comes in "my son" , and I'm glad to have it.

IDK....is there a big difference in the lift you are considering and a heavier capacity lift? And.....THAT is a great looking build! Very nice.

Thanks. The bottom brick, middle shingle, upper slats was to match the house.

Wife would not let me put up a twice the size metal for the same price. Shop area and upstairs room are heated and cooled and close off from the bay. I can cool the bay as needed but don't plan to keep that part 24/7.

Deal was I had to match the house.
Cost me in size, but got a nicer garage.

The truck is a 7000 pound vechicle, so that rules out some of the entry level lifts.
