Mapajd here, husband died w/o much notice.. left me his/ours, over 22yr accumulation of tools, unfinished projects, bins and tubs of projects for later, full of ,in double car attached(+ laundry room)and backyard mother-in law shed. Couldnt wait the "appropriate" time period ... I couldnt finish his projects, and likely I personally would never use the majority of his tools.(air tools , body and finishing tools . electrical repair oriented tools, and multitudes of hand tools, yard tools and general home must have's maintenence type stuff )Also I would eventually need to use this space in some other?additional way, so back to the not waiting the appropriate amount of time... He had for the past 40 yrs , drug along with him a 1952 Pontiac Chiefton, His baby.. Oh I never begrudged him their pleasure, and in our 22+yrs he/we nickled and dimed everything we could into it (no motor , no trany) straight body, all original, no rust and beautiful chrome ( Im sure theres more, but what do I know)Right away , every neighbor,friend, brother or x-in law was"gonna make sure they got me the right hook up and get a deserving value for that ride, by golly !" 2 weeks later I went to Facebook Market place(and cross posted on several different sights)Widowed, Husband with no life insurance , rent will be due....... and just went on to say exactly what I have here, beloved project, must see to believe.... $5,000.00. 2 hrs later I had that Pontiac sold to a nice YOUNG couple , He works in a shop building hot rods, she helps him with his vintage rebuilds at home, and there going to come by and give me a ride earlie next year when they should have it done !$3,500.00, made me feel great, these two were so excited and just bubbling over with excitement as they envisioned i'ts plans. I know they were in total disbelief when I accepted their first offer, I was really proud of my Husband as they bragged on about how compleet the car is, and rarely does any one find one in that good of shape, how organized my husband was with cataloguing and storing every piece, super impressed that the white diamond tuck interior and headliner(IDK why , but 40 yrs ago when he started this project, the interior was his first redo) were in pristine condition!!Let me tell you , I am proud of Him..and so horribly sad that life happened the way it did, around us,,,struggled for every stinking penny he managed to put into that Damned car.. He deserved to have somethings come easy to him, He deserved to finish his car.. so sad

As you would suspect.. right away I was a fool to everyone who knew my Husband and his car.. "why ,,they woulda'got me $10,000.00..easy" Well I figure I never heard from a single one of them from the time they left his memorial untill the time I had that money in the bank, Im sure that he would be as happy {?} as I have turned out to be about this,
So all these friends, Bro's and associates are supposed to start comming around to help me sort out the tools, you know gather the tools that i do need and will use, make a setup for my self and one each for the 2 kids, so anyhow when them characters dont come around , might be I come back here? And get some suggestions on how to do it for myself ? Thanks Guys, Mapajd
