Bill, how do you like the kiwi pliers? I was thinking about buying a set.

I like them alot. I wish they made other shapes and configurations as well. I bought 4 of the ezred led worklights and the kiwi pliers were on sale really cheap so i got a set of them also. First chinese/taiwanese tool i've seen where the rubber coating on the handles smells good, not like that nasty industrial solvent/rubber smell you get when walking into HF or opening a rubber tool from HF. Other mechanics thought they were a joke until they tried them.

Nice!! I never knew they made the pocket clip screwdrivers in green! You have a lot of extra handles lol

Thanks ! Ive never seen another green pocket screwdriver, and half of the handles are old non striking prybar handles.

That mini-cutter is really cool, wish I had one. It's $53.50 on Snap On's web store, HS50 is the part number.

I don't really want one that badly but I think I'll keep an eye out on eBay for one. I see that a new red one recently sold for $29 shipped there, I would pay that.

cheapgreen1.jpgHere's some Cheap Green, since i bought most of my Snapon 40 years ago. At this point in time i'm more interested in green so that i can see tools left in the engine compartment or inside a black interior.... the old eyes aren't what they used to be.... But with some flourescent green dip and grip the black and red dark handle tools suddenly become much more visible. Worked on the new Gearwrench stuff too.

Someone went a little crazy with that grip dip stuff huh? lol

I've only used about 10% of a gallon so far and haven't thinned it much yet. I'll have plenty of tools to do yet and shovel/rake handles etc... People put it on the bottom of shoes to make them nonslip. There is a website with custom wheels and cars sprayed with it, a number of satin black ferrari's and many wheels in black. If you get tired of the look you just peel it off.
It also protects my tool handles such as prybars and screwdrivers. After nicks and gouges i can just peel it off and the handle is fine still

Got a few new goodies this week. Picked up the pliers and he threw the bag in for free.

The beauty of a personal email to the seller asking or offering a price to just end it now. Saves them fees for selling, and the buyer pays a little less than what it would bring had it went all the way to the end.

I have been searching for a nice Green file set for the past couple of years. I have missed a couple of nice sets that have come up for sale and just happen to get lucky to find these a few day ago. I was told that they were never used.
