This is my first post. Thought I'd make it a good one. Currently replacing over 60k worth of tools that were stolen from me. That's why they are all so "fresh", althought I do wipe down all my tools at the end of the day with gojo wipes and shop towels. Oh, and those are Westling Machine socket organizers.... in Green! They did a custom batch for me.

sure wouldnt mind having all that green

Already posted in the box thread, but worth starring here since its all green.

Krl1023 with factory black trim, classic 96 top box with black trim/bumpers going on soon, and top box to top it all off = plenty of storeage for everything! Sold my 96 wide guy bottom box and replaced it with the 1023, and must admit, the deep drawers are so much nicer!!

Just thought I'd take a picture of big and little brother

Awesome tools. I have those two plus the drill and I have to say those are some of the most useful tools I have.
I wish I would have bought green like you though.

I ordered the 1/2" last year to get on the list and didn't get it until April

Just picked up these little guys:

Anyone know if they still make that style of grip but in the shorter length? I really want a green set.

I'm also still searching for a green hard handle screwgie set.. Anyone want to do me a giant favor and buy either of those set (or both..:D) off of their dealer and ship them to me? I'd be willing to pay you to do it. My local dealer basically tells me to get bent.

The shorter set is instinct handles. I am the opposite. I wish the longer had the instinct too.

Sorry to keep dragging this up in this thread but i think its the most likely place to get an answer.

I want to buy a SO 4 piece file set. Here in the UK the only one available comes with red soft handles. SO UK tell me i can't buy green handles in the UK. For anyone stateside can you buy green hard or soft handles for files ?

Got rid of them...just one tool set wasn't worth it to me. I always used the shorter set and never the long ones.

No on the hard handles, and you can get the smallest handle(614?) in green, none of the other larger handles

You might look at matco has a nice green handled set that I got a few months back with German handles. Or look at eBay I got 2 green hard handle file sets from there about 80 a set

Tried to get the instinct handles with the long picks, but they aren't available. This despite being pictured on the lower right corner of page 159 of the printed catalog.

Traded a FC72 ratchet for the green hard handle screwdriver.

For y'all that have the hard handle files- are the handles permanently attached, or are they removable (with some effort) like a normal file handle?

They actually unscrew from the handle there is a threaded insert in the handle it self that threads onto the shaft of the file
