Green quick cutter is hs50g, if you can find them. The other is a green Handled sddd42, but I replaced the handled with a green one. They are originally and most of them are black handled. Pretty sure they didn't make green ones

Those were my first green snap on too, I absolutely love them!

X3! Actually my first snap on purchase. I say purchase because I had other snap on stuff that I either aquired or was given as a gift before that. None green tho!

Good first item to get right there, IMHO those picks set the standard by which all other pick sets are judged.

its not a real one but it is one i refurbished (used a usa handle)
and i found the pouch for a reasonable price with 3 out of the 4 blades
i made 2 hard handle 5 in 1's as well ( replacement handles)
a reversible hard handle stubby (green stubby hard handle usa)
i bought long soft grip picks, and a set of nos hard handle green picks and made
long hard handle green picks,
i also made a set of longer stubbies (see screwdriver pic)

I've been busy lately LOL

in the works
I'm going to buy a long 1/2'' drive breaker bar and put a green hard handle on it soon.
and rebuild two LSF720's and put green hard handles on them.
and I'm going to try to make long torx, and long screwdrivers if i can find some clean donor handles. (if any one has any! lmk)
i also would like to fill a second minipakg index box i have (dreams)

Awesome!!

I found these, kind of feel bad about using them, but that is half the fun. I also have the newer striking cap ones in green, but since I knew these existed, well you guys know.

Re: The Green Tools ****

Ebay, I stumbled on them, I paid under retail but not by much. I figured they would be nice to have, maybe they will mate with the striking cap ones and I will have baby pry bars.

My driver still has half a dozen of the smallest prybars in green. Of course, he wants the current retail price for them.

Never really payed attention to colors on the truck, so I have mostly red stuff. Thank goodness I am patient enough to wait on good deals. Hopefully once I sell off my old stuff I will be cost neutral.

Just so you know the 40 oz should still be available from snap on directly.

Thanks, not sure how much use a 40oz hammer would be when I have a 36. Snappy rep said he could get all 4, but he wouldn't sell them this cheap. He quoted about 30% over what I payed. And that was he "deal" not list.

He must have some NOS hidden somewhere. I find a lot of old style soft handles and a lot of discontinued hard handle stuff on his truck. Wish I had the cash to buy it and stick it on ebay.

As far as I know the 32 and the 40 are still available from snap on directly. The 16 and 24 are the hard ones to get. The guys on ebay are marking up all of them. I paid over retail on my 16 and 24, but my 32 was a great deal and the 40 was at retail. I am ok with paying a little extra so I don't have to look at a bunch of red hammers.

Last I checked they only have two of the soft face green right now. I know that they move production around, it is a shame that they do it that way. My driver would like them to always have green, I would buy a lot more from him.

I promise that I will not buy anymore green tools this month. :D

This was a partial set, but the driver is getting the rest of it for me, so I can't really complain.

Technically, it is a new month. :D I bought this screwdriver (new) with a set of micro instinct screwdrivers and torx for $130 shipped. They were all new, but the other tools were red and orange. Lucky for me, my driver said he will swap me even for the green ones! I think overall it was a good deal, but I really needed another ratcheting driver like I need another hole in my head.

That would bring my OCD to a new level, color coded sizes. I am going to think about that for a while. :headscrat

Dang that is sweet! I love that. What's the model number on the orange box?
I recently bought a kra25 to redo in green. How did you get the chrome handle that clean or how did you find a replacement?

Edit: just saw pic with Inside, man that's slick! Still curious about the chrome handle as mine is a bit rusted up.
