Very nice. Those neck lights work well.

I expected the neck light to be good, but the magnetic headlamp has really surprised me. In addition to articulating to whatever angle I need while wearing it, the ability to just snap it off and stick it to something metal instantly has really been handy. Just hope I don’t forget it somewhere!!

Re: The Green Tools ****

My dealer only got in one item from my order last week, 6” flush cutters (786CFG). The cheapie Crescent pair I’ve used forever are starting to dull, so I decided to upgrade.

We got a new Mac dealer after about 6 months of not having one - poor guy showed up with no A/C on his truck in the middle of a heat wave. Anyway, this was the “green” part of the order, 2 pc pry bar/screwdriver set, PBS2G:

I have the 7 inch version of those cutters, with the regular rather than “flush cut” head. Came on a (good) deal with a green hard handled 3/8 ratchet. Although the basic design and finish are a bit crude, compared to my older Snap On cutters, they actually work superbly well!

I like the look of those short MAC pry bars too. Increasingly, when I’m prying something, I don’t have a lot of space. I’ve got quite a collection of pry bars, but aside from suspension work it only seems to be the shortest that ever gets used, and that’s often too long!

That's been my experience too - and the price for these was pretty good (around $60 if I remember) for a set of "screwdrivers" with striking caps MADE for prying... I also like that it came with a straight pry bar too - I can't tell you how many times I've needed that and resorted to the old "which screwdriver do I want to sacrifice today?"

Not snap on but picked up a green hf 44 series 2 box. Love it so far. But need to organize my box better.

By FAR the best I’ve ever used. For anyone that cuts plastic zip ties with any frequency, this thing is worth it’s weight in gold. It wasn’t cheap, but I would absolutely buy it again - and to me that’s a sign of a good tool.

Love that green TechAngle. Got to use one last week, I think that’s gonna be my next purchase. Too bad they don’t make them in that black finish anymore.

I'm not sure. I've only seen it on the truck and haven't actively searched it out... I've seen orange and green 1/2" in 250lb with the black finish and the 100th anniversary in green orange and red with the black, again only in 250ftlbs. been looking for a 3/8 greenie. I'm sure once I get that, i'll want to off my red 1/4" inch pound tech angle. HAHA

I have both the 3/8" and 1/2" techangle in green and black, thought it would be cool to have all three.

Looks like it may be this model, but finding one will probably be an interesting endeavor.

Thanks, talked to my Snap-On rep today and he says he’s pretty sure he can get me a green and black one. We’ll see!

Today’s meager haul from the truck:
