I know there are guys who have to do with no garage at all, but I'm sure my last garage has got to be somewhere near the very bottom of the desireabilty stakes. It was asbestos and wood construction, just 8' x 12', though I later extended it to 16' long  The plan was to replace it when I finished my car, but that took four years and we moved pretty much as soon as it was on the road, so it never happened.

To cap it off, the driveway out the front was fairly steep, so it wasn't like you could just roll the car outside to make a little room. A miserable little place, but I spent many happy hours in there over that four years.

Well it's not really a garage but it's all I've had for four years(18'x21'steel carport with blue tarps for walls). I'm breaking ground on my new 30'x30'x12' garage in two weeks! Can't wait! I've really enjoyed lurking and learning from this great site, it's one of my favorites!

Well, mine was pretty grungy just a few weeks ago, but I'm gaining on the 25 years of collected parts, cars and grinding dust. It is a workable space, but will never be a sterile space painted white over white!
