Sorry for the late update guys. 2014 was spent working on my house rather than on (or sadly in) the garage.
Yes I did, and thank you for following both threads. Though I didn't get to work on many projects out in the garage this past year, it has made for a fantastic escape and has also made doing the routine maintenance on my fleet of vehicles a breeze!
Haha I "found" that sign out in western Oklahoma years ago when I was interning for the oil field. It was positioned on a road going underneath the interstate, and there was another one just like it on the other side of the underpass for the opposite direction traffic. I almost drove off the road when I first went by going "did that sign really just say that!"
Thanks for taking the time to look and reply! I still appreciate the feedback guys.
No, the garage did not originally have water to it. I live out in a rural area and am on a well. I simply paid a local company to come out with a small trencher, tap into the main line that goes to my house, and then run new line 25 yards or so to the shop. They capped it off with a ball valve as soon as they came up through the floor and I took it from there.
I remember this getting started when you posted pics over at AP. I'd say the place turned out great. I'd think you got it done in time to enjoy this long cold winter.

Very nice place you have, love the "state property" sign![]()

I see you have a bladder tank and heater. did the garage have water to it or what are you using to supply it?
