Hey everybody :)

I just reviewed a pretty unique accessory for an extension ladder that is from a small company & is made 100% in the USA. It is called "The Hangman", and it acts as a 3rd arm when you are on an extension ladder & can hold up to 35lbs with no issues.

The design of it allows you to not only hold paint cans, but also tools, bags, or whatever else you need when you are working high off of the ground. In the video I show some examples that I thought of, but I am sure there are many more that would fit other situations.

It is made out of machined aluminum, and feels extremely well-built. Check the video out to see it for yourself.

Great idea and the price definitely reflects the amount of machining/choice of material that they are using but I think they could have cut the cost and made it simpler/cheaper. I am sure the people who will buy it will love it though.

The billet aluminum looks cool, but they could do a cast or composite tool with the same load rating for significantly cheaper.

The price of these innovative accessories really makes the consumer think twice about purchasing them. I'd wait until HF makes a clone for about a 1/5 the cost.
