I've been having a heck of a time recently with my Miller 211welder. Of course, any time I have problems with my welder I'm always looking in the mirror. What am I doing wrong? Today while building a gate for my daughter with some 2x2 material I was tacking in a bit of backing for the 45's. I just lined up the torch with the joint, looked away and put a small tack on it. While looking away from the flash I happened to notice a spark on my ground clamp. The screw had backed out and the ground wire was floating around. Disassembled, cleaned and put it back together and suddenly I'm a fair hand with my welding again.
