I haven't been on a Matco truck in years but I would always assume Matco stuff is USA made; sounds like times have changed!

That price seems kind of steep for a small set of impact sockets; and if they're made in Taiwan, that would be ludicrous.

They could be sunex but since matco sells alot of Grey Pneumatic impact sockets now, I think they're rebadged Grey Pneumatic sets. However, that's still a steep price for what you get despite what the Matco truck may try to sell it for. A person could do alot better elsewhere.
