"The Master" adjustable spanner

Hi All,

just wondering if anyone recognises this adjustable:

At first glance, before I cleaned the grime off, it seemed like a large single size spanner - so bashed about it almost looked like a home made job.

However, there is a name on the jaw: "The Master"

I'm not aware of that name - does anyone else know of it?
