Hi everybody,

I am building my dream workshop this year and I love to share some ideas with other workshop enthusiasts.

So far I worked out of a literal underground parking garage. But now I am building a 22000sqf steel workshop. Including a office, changing room and toilets.

Here you watch see the progress so far here:

Let me know what you think and Ill keep posting updates.

Hell of a building max, what are you going to do with it?

I will give you one hint albeit a bit too late

Get some string and some chalk and she might turn out a bit straighter and save you some work.

Thanks for the tip : ) Yeah we figured it out now. I think all 4 of us are confident now to jump into any excavator in the future. We will rent one again next month to do the rough landscaping after the concrete id poured.

That's larger than the WAREHOUSE I run which was built as an airplane hangar.

It cost a couple million to build.... and costs a several grand a month to heat and power.

The main warehouse in town cost almost 2.5 million just to remodel after they bought it from a food company. It's around 45,000 sq ft.
Id have to imagine 10+ million to build from scratch.
