I keep an orderly shop, as orderly as I can, but one corner just never gets taken care of, the whole shop, everything has its place, if it doesn't have a place, it gets tossed into this corner until I can find a spot.

I have been getting more into wood working and every project buries me in sawdust and is a pain to blow out of all the tool boxes and corners.
So I decided to commit and turn the evil corner into the wood workers corner.
I started with some wood racks for the wall, and then i plumbed a 4 inch dust collection system with homemade gates on the cheap. I used my 1 hp portable dust collector, with a gate closed to direct the flow to one machine at a time, it works great.

Looking out of my new spot, before, I could not stand here, it was full of junk.

Now I can make more neat stuff, like this saw blade and accesory box I put together

And a linen cabinet with a hamper in the bottom

I like the saw blade holder ... i will have to keep that in mind for when i have enough space to have a dedicated wood working area.

The case is one of the coolest things to me, if you look at the pic with the tall cabinet, you can see the blades propped up all over the walls, there was a handfull of little items I could not find a happy place for. So I made a list of each item and measured them and designed the case around them.
The shop is 23' X33' and I built a 90 sq. ft block shed off the back for the lawn mower and snowblower, and gas cans.
It is always said no matter how big you build, it fills up and is never big enough, well, I cant afford to build more, so my game is, organization to stay one step ahead of the clutter.

Thanks for the comments.

Just unfinished, insulated with vapour barrier.
Nothing wrong with it, just another $ item one day I may get to.

Up here in Canada, I dont think anyone sells the paper backed insulation batts like I still see in the states. The paper always deteriorates pre maturely.
