Well, sold my Milwaukee Tool Chest.
Loved the looks and features...hated the drawer layout for a home/auto box. Too much wasted/unusable space.
On the hunt for another box now!
Harbor freight my friend. If you can spend the money, the 56" model offers deeper drawers.. I love my 44" with side locker..
Yeah, i have been looking at the HF boxes as well as a few other "name" brands. I like the HF, just dont like the "no frills" of them, and lack of resale value if something were to ever happen. But they are definitely something I am considering.

Valid points. The One Key features with the impacts is what I am really looking forward to. On the drill I don't see how it would be beneficial for the average user.
Wow me with your packaging.![]()

What is this "one key" you speak of?
I disagree with HF box resale... I've got a buddy who's been trying to find one in the Dallas area used. They all sell really fast, and most are priced about 10% less than their coupon pricing (even if they aren't in great shape).

Maybe...I wonder if the One Key will alert the user if they start to walk off the job site without it? I have a problem with my crew checking out tools and two days later we realized we left a tool on the job site. Of course we all know how that ends....
The extreme tool boxes are nice toonifnyou want something more expensive.. I disagree about the resale value though of the HF box.. Low investment and they usually sell quick used since they appeal to a broader scope of buyers. If u spend $1000 and only sell it for half what u paid years later, its only $500 u paid for the use of them in the meantime.. Pretty sure you would recoup more than half though, and atnleast you can buy additional pieces at low cost to make them fit your needs.. You could even join two bottom boxes with a drawer unit and have a "wall" of tools.. Lol
Ended up with the 56" HF. Went and looked at it again, and once i opened the draws...loved it. And it was right here in town instead of having to drive 90 minutes each way.
Just an update about the drill I bought over ebay with the so so seller reviews. It came today, in bubble wrapped priority envelope. Terrible packaging, but the drill itself was undamaged. The handle where it connects to drill was a bit scratched, but I dont care.
Drill works fine.

Still makes me feel good. One battery isn't charging fully so I'll warranty it out.
What do you guys use to store/carry your cordless circular saws? Father in law got me a 2731-20 7-1/4" saw (bare tool) and I'm not sure what to put it in. Not really looking to spend $45 on a hard case. What size bag will it fit in?
Frontierajl, any recommendations? Seeing your sale thread, I should have been looking around here a lot sooner for milwaukee deals![]()

Something like that should work for it. $15 shipped with Prime. Might be able to find it cheaper on eBay.

I think thats the bag I have mine in. Really wish for the high price of the 2731 they give you a case, wouldnt want a big one to hold charger and battery, just the saw. It doesnt fit in the Milwaukee bag thats 11x11x10.
I agree, it's so hit and miss on what comes in a case/bag, etc. The higher end stuff should at least come with the bag.
I was afraid the 11x11x10 wouldn't fit.
Any idea if the Fuel bag worth the premium over the standard bag?

Hi all my name is Sam Im from South Jersey and this is my first post. I have the Red Fever just like everyone here and I wanted to share this gem I scored from CL yesterday. I personally feel its worth every penny of the 75 bucks I got it for. She runs smooth as silk and is now my favorite piece I have in my little workshop.![]()
