Ha, no.....I really like the Hart hammer due to its side nail remover. Having it in red and black was just a nice plus. :p

Oh and its still a doorway, it just has a mirror hanging on it.

Just saw.. Damn that's cheap.. I picked up two more of the snap on Costco lights I'm gonna bring to work, and put in to get reimbursed when I go back.. Might get 2 more craftsman stands for them, but that's a great price on the Milwaukee..

I have one of the tripods already. Thing is amazing.

Went into Home Depot unsupervised this morning while out cruising around and brought these home.

M18 Sawzall, 2 5.0 batteries, case. Going to replace my 28v sawzall which still works after all these years but I have mostly M12 and M18 in my truck now so easier to keep batteries charged. 28v sawzall and drill going into shop. Next up M18 metal saw if they make such a thing, that will replace my 28v metal saw

The fuel stuff is unreal, no comparison. I've had 28v stuff since it came out. It's good stuff. The fuel stuff I have is better, simple as that.

I'd have to spend a bit of time in erpelacementparts but it may be possible to "FUEL-ify" one of the jigsaws. They use a lot of common parts in their tools so it'd just take a bit of planning out. Maybe I'll look into it tonight as a fun exercise.

I gave up waiting.. I felt the itch and needed to buy something.. Jigsaw it was.. I think I'm pretty much done unless they release something new I can't say no to..

Whoah what? 40$? It's 80$ pretty much everywhere.
It's $40 around here (Central NJ) at pretty much every Home Depot EXCEPT the ones that have it in stock. The stores that have it at $40 never even stocked it.

I was able to be one of the lucky ones to grab the Fuel kit for $135 plus the free 4.0 battery as well.
I found 6 in one store today, along with 3 of the hammerdrill-only kit for $95.

Well, I'm heading up to the Chicagoland area tomorrow, maybe I'll try to pop into a few HD and see if I can find one.

Couldnt be more satisfied with this tool[emoji375] Works and feels so good! Its are a real battery drainer when you really use it hard[emoji3], But that I dont care about, I just change the battery! Thou its a good idea to have atleast 4 pieces of 5ah batterys so you allways have a fully charged to work with[emoji106] Hate the cord so much its are worth to have a big bag with batterys instead for corded tools[emoji1]

This thing is just begging for that 9.0 battery.

Went to the Milwaukee Innovation Tour today, it was ok

1/4 fuel impact wrench was nice and compact

2nd gen Fuel compact impact wrenches and impact drivers are cool. The 2nd gen compact impact wrench in comparison to my 1st gen is nice and compact but no need for me to upgrade.

Guy was trying to talk to me about the 1 key system, wasn't really interested

Guy mentioned more tools coming in the fall time or early next year

I asked if they take customer opinions about thing and take back to the company, he said yes. So I said if they could make a impact wrench in between the compact 200 ft lb and the larger 700 ft lb versions they have, somewhere in the 400 ft lb range, Also mentioned that if the fan could come with a magnetic base in the future. I have been on a scissors and boom lift for the last 2 weeks and have been dying from the heat.

Got a free measuring tape and ended up buying the Milwaukee cordless fan, which should be in tomorrow for pickup

Good idea on the mag base for the fan, does it have a hook? I could probably go on for hours if I met a Milwaukee Rep who wanted my feedback on minor improvements, tools they should make, and feedback on their stuff.

I have the 1Key Hammer & 1/4 Impact and dont think I will ever utilize the features, probably selling the 1/4 one. Wonder if HD is selling any because I see the same bunch of them on the shelf every time in there. Price was just cut $50 on the kit but not sure if the free saw promo ended.

Did he mention any specific tools coming?

In regards to something in between 700 & 200 ft lbs, the new Fuel 1/2 that does the 700lbs has 2 speeds, but the low speed is 100, would be nice if it had 3 or 4 speeds like the 1/4 & 3/8 then you could get your 300-400 need.

I was in a boring phone meeting at work today. While sauntering around in my office and looking out the window, I see a couple of suspicious looking characters in red trucks making a switch of some valuable contraband.:lol_hitti

I took this picture out a heavily tinted window into the sun, sorry about the quality. A couple of Milwaukee reps met and swapped some stuff in the parking lot of the building next door. That's the landscape service truck behind them.

And right in broad daylight! I hope they didn't see you taking pictures.

There must be some big heist coming up - I saw a similar looking vehicle in the parking lot of my Home Depot yesterday.

Fan doesn't have a hook, but you could run wire through the holes and hang, or the base has 4 holes to mount to

Mentioned more lighting options.

I kinda mentioned a compact version that could do 400 ft lbs

I think mac has something in that range

I'd put the V28/M28 grinder up against the M18 Fuel anyday. Yes, I own and use both.

The V28 sawzall is great, it's literally a corded unit made to accept a battery. Ditto for the portaband, but it eats batteries.

The circular saw has a lot of balls for cutting up pallets, and the metal cutting saw uses a 6 7/8" blade, bigger than M18.

You guys who don't know any better....don't be so quick to dismiss old technology. Some of the Fuel is a 6 cylinder turbo Ecoboost trying to be an old-school big block. To date brushless is rarely a replacement for higher voltage.
