Damn - you gotta see all the new lights coming out.. Watch the video I linked..

The idea of the one key on that pumpkin light, is that you can daisy chain the lights together using extension cords, and then hang them from the ceilings on large jobs while you can control the on/off and dimming with your phone..

New tripod light with charger,
M18 search light / utility light - telling you now, I am buying this for work.
1000 lumen m12 floodlight
AND THEY HAVE A WORKILIGHT JUST FOR LINEMAN AND UTILITY BUCKETS !!! Dammit now that's 2 more I need to buy
M12 all metal flashlight (pretty sure me and a few other guys had this on a wishlist)
EDIT - The tool sell outs have a video posted, Radius light out in July

The new tripod is gonna be 3000 lumen, have a rapid charger built in, dual powered - all for the low price of $399 as a bare tool..

Holy **** the pumpkin is bright. The multi head stand light is very cool, F**kers are including a bag for it with the kit... The clamp on the M12 floodlight is a good feature. The M18 search light is neat with its multi modes. The wacky M18 bucket light looks like Johnny 5s head.

Changed my mind the new M18 search light is WALL-E.

LOL, build a Milwaukee tree house outta them. WTF is that Rigid stuff doing there?!?!

That's actually not a bad idea. I was wondering what the hell to do with them. That's after getting rid of some lol.
That orange stuff. Don't mind that orange stuff. Lol, I use the blower and sander all the time. I like that there lights are cheap so I let the kid use them that way I don't shed tears if they break. The drills, impact and saw are because I wanted the kits for the lifetime service agreement with the batteries and I got a killer deal for all of it during the holidays. It's also the stuff I let the wife, kid and neighbors use. The red stuff is all mine, except my regular m12 hackzall which my son has claimed. But I use the fuel one more often anyways. The orange blower won't be used once the new Milwaukee one comes out though. I already plan on that and the trimmer. Hopefully a 9.0 battery too but we will see about that one since I have 10 of the 5.0 now.

Does anyone use m 12 multi tool ? I'm looking into one for electrical work like retro fitting boxes in drywall and plywood etc and when i have to make the holes for Island plugs bigger because the cabinet guy is lazy etc. Not sure if it would be a good fit or I should just step up to a m 18

I have one and that's exactly what I use it for. Cutting holes in drywall, plaster & lathe, plastic wire mold, etc. It works great.

When I was at Home Despot yesterday I went and fondled the Milwaukee 46 inch toolbox as well as the 60 inch workbench. I have to say that I'm sold on them and when funds allow I'm definitely going to pick up the box first.

Two items I wish they would make are an angle die grinder and body saw. Those are two items I use a lot and ditching the air hose would be great!!

LOL... What I like is they are getting very creative in the new lights, but now I will never be able to own them all, I should buy the last 2 I dont own today so I can say I did have them all at one point. Reason I wont have them is the pumpkin, mag, and wall-e (bucket light) are lights I dont need.

The M18 search would be nice but redundant to the M18 trueview flood and M12 spot lights I already have. The new multi head stand light is awesome but at $400 I think the 1st gen is good for my needs. The M12 clamp flood is probably the new one I am likely to get.

I want the new lights ... Did I say that yet?

Anyone else see the lame new Milwaukee promo HD has? $20/50/100 off 1/2/3 tools. Thing is its all old models non-Fuel stuff. Original flood, XC 3.0 2 pack, 6 1/2 circ saw, sawzall, grinder, 5.0 starter kit, and a few other things.

The issue has been fixed in HD's system so the deal is no longer available. But if you grabbed 3 of the tools in the promo; sawzall $129, flood light $99, and XC 2 pack $129 for example.... instead of giving you a discount of $100 of the combination it gave a $300 discount.... so your total for those 3 items would be $58 + tax...

Care to eloborte??

I saw that last night. Was tempted to head to HD and try it then I got lazy. Plus I saw they caught on and were resetting registers later on.

About noon yesterday I was looking at a full display, I dont think 1 tool had been sold, as it wasnt a hot deal as I posted my thoughts here since it was all old stuff. But for sure I would of loaded up with a $19 grinder, free flood light, $29 5.0 kit, etc.

I guess for now on I will test new promos if I see them on the floor on the 1st day.

Some people are going to make a killing reselling and HD is gonna take a bath on that error.

Thanks a bunch KCTyphoon,
Went and looked at the video link you posted about the new lights. Now I have to save my money (what money?) so I can buy that M18 search light when it comes out in October. Oh, well!
Cheers,
Jim Don
