Wow you weren't kidding. He's also got a deal on there that I think is not over yet for the M12 FUEL 3/8" Impacts for 80$. That's a pretty darn good price brand new. If anyone didn't bother requesting access to the group I'd give it a shot. He just approved me. Seems like there are a lot of other deals on there and a lot of people selling tools besides the new Milwaukee stuff.

Do they still have an outlet store where they sell reconditioned items? I went there plenty in the 2002-2004 timeframe, while up in West Allis while working with a local supplier...
I was in there once. I don't recall seeing reconditioned tools, but they do have just about every product they sell available there. It is no longer a parts and repair facility (they ship anything needing service out) so they may not sell reconditioned tools anymore.

you will get a message that says you are accepted...there is a TON of **** on there, but not sure I will ever buy stuff that is not face to face from FB. I always do stuff in person, and that group has stuff all over the country....tempting stuff....

I think I posted an Amazon listing in here months ago for the fuel impact driver for $79 free ship.. if that OPE deal is accurate, that's $150 off what you'd pay in HD for both of them..
I'd "LIKE" to have the string trimmer, but I'm not buying another one till my gas one dies - which looks like it'll be in 15 years at the rate it's been working..

Lol.. i just bought the 2 ton HF engine hoist this week to try to get my dually bed off, which was kind of a waste cause it's still not long to reach the center of the bed. Someone at work has a son that's a mechanic, and I told him I'd sell it cheap when I'm done so at least that probably won't be a total loss..
(Although if push comes to shove I think I figured out a way I can still use it, and without being able to move the truck, and without moving the hoist - still get the bed off with one person and move it to the side.. but gonna try something easier with 2 people first)
got another few hundred in parts I bought sitting here for the truck. Rear shoes/ hardware kit/ wheel cylinders/ drums / rear leaf spring hangers and shackles/ rear fuel tank and straps are here and waiting.. small brake parts, exhaust hangers, rear shocks on the way still.. gonna be a first for me doing drum brakes, so that should be nice and aggravating.
Made an online donation last night to an upcoming local autism walk that's important to someone in my family, so I was reconsidering the pressure washer since I really don't "need it".. got till Sunday to pick up that Ryobi washer on sale if I decide to get it. I still want it, mainly cause it'll make cleaning the frame on the truck easier before I coat it.. we'll see...
BUT - I did buy that 2 piece Milwaukee Demo Screwdriver set at HD today.. been eyeing those for a while. Finally just said screw it, and threw em in the cart on my way out... wanna get that boot for the mid torque impact too.

I got sucked in by the M18 wet dry vac then of course i needed to get some more batteries so i picked up a pair of 5.0s to compliment my 9.0.

I only care about the trimmer, hows that work? I have several gas trimmers, spend more time screwing with them. Just want something thats easy to do a quick clean up. 9 amp hr batteries are a plus also

I keep most all my lines sprayed with a weed killer but for the ones I don't the trimmer works great. It doesn't spin quite as fast as I had hoped but it gets the job done with no fuss. It was worth the money. Got mine a couple months ago for $240 with the 9.0 battery

Not that I'm aware of, but the 6.0's kick *** (unlike Ford)
I watch a video the other day on the M12 2530 Fuel saw where they were comparing runtimes and performance of the new XC 6.0 to the current XC 4.0.
The 6.0 had a calculated runtime of more than 50% over the 4.0 and made a total 144 cuts vs only 85 with the 4.0.
Pretty good.
The same video also showed how the smaller slim line compact batteries (they specifically used a 1.5) even though would operate the tool doesn't have capacity to continually keep the rpms up and of course it drained exceptionally fast and got hot. It made 25 cuts.
Slightly OT here but does anybody have part # or a link to the accessory rip fences for any of the Fuel saws
I only have 7 1/4 right now but searching around I don't seem find the correct listings anywhere

Between work and home, I have enough cordless lights to have a block party..
honestly for home, I reach for those Neiko lights over all my Milwaukee's. Milwaukee needs to make something like the small Neiko - that would be a huge hit..

I recently bought one at that new lower price. Overall I have been very satisfied with the purchase of one. It is a quite bit larger than the M12 stick which I also have (that being a more compact and streamlined form) but has much more features...the two hanger hooks, multi position head angles, and offers a very stable base with an M18 battery. Plus the two light modes one slightly higher than the M12 and the other just bit lower. 300 Lumens max so not super bright but its sufficient for a lot of work
People don't say much about the Tru-View High Definition lighting Milwaukee offers on some of the lights but if color definition really matters which it does for me in some of my applications it is pretty amazing to see the differences especially in reds

I like the double hook idea, but it looks like the top is riveted in? Sometimes I need to jam the light into tight quarters.

I have it, and I'm not a huge fan of using it for the car, but it can be used. It's kinda bulky, and I can never get it to point where I want it to, especially if that direction is down.. I can see it being decent if you are under the car, or working by the wheels (doing brakes maybe) and you can stand it upright on the ground on its battery. It's probably a lot better for the pro mechanics that have a lift, and can walk under the car, shining the light up..
It's worth having if you don't have many cordless lights to use.. its good around the house, for things.. for $59 that's a good price, I paid $89 for it.. look at the small Neiko led light if you want a good option for the car..

I posted it here cause it's a good deal, and this is the thread I do most of my posting on. I put anything I find like that on here first - before, or "IF" I post it anywhere else for the rest of the board to see. This way if that price is temporary, or maybe Amazon only has a dozen, you guys get first shot at them.
Boomer was asking about a light to work on the car - I was going to send him a link to that light, and when I pulled it up on Amazon I noticed the price was less than half what I paid for mine.. so I thought - "hmm, I can post it in the hot deals thread, where you might not see it, or the stock might get wiped out in a day or 2 at a price that low, OR - I can share it here and give you guys a shot first"
It's a cordless light that helps you use your other Milwaukee stuff.
