Yes one light I have not been disappointed with lately.

I ordered the48-59-2002 $25 external usb charger cuz needed to get to free ship level and why not. Thought it also acted as power source to charge a device, Nope! Just a cheap charger, pissed wasted money on it, should of just got the $40 package with extra battery. This cheap external charger should just come with the kits or be $10 max...

My little Rover light just came in the mail, that thing is brighter than I expected!! I can see it coming in very handy!

I want to get an extra battery for it, but trying to find that cheaper than $40...

They do sell the battery by itself $19 48-11-2130

Btw battery says 4v(3.6 really) 10wh 2.5ah so guess its a 18650 cell. Why not a 20700, 21700 cant be used its too big. Wonder if battery case shell was designed to be able to hold slightly larger 20700 in future, if not they are morons.

Thinking I may have to order one of these up for myself, I can see it being very handy and something I'd grab a lot more often then my m12 spotlight.

You're right. Just got into work and looked at mine and it is the slot for the older V18 batteries.

Of course I am :D

I own two of the V28/M28’s. Use the hell out of ‘em, too

Here’s the inside (I’m breaking the rules running my Afghanistan blood warmer batteries LOL - they’re identical)

Just ordered the new 1400ft/lb 1/2 torque wrench model 2767-20. Was looking for the protective boot and I can't even find it listed on Milwaukee's website even though home depot has it listed as not in stock.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwauk...nch-Protective-Tool-Boot-49-16-2767/303147011

Does Milwaukee normally release the boots later after a product comes out. Kind of frustrating after I have a few scratches I won't care about putting a protective boot on. Point is to keep a new tool, new looking.

If ya put the boot on you’ll never see the shiny, unscathed tool. It’s a catch 22 LOL

I agree Milwaukee’s site has always been.....lacking. Often new products are found in the online retail environment before its on their site AND I can often find more product info & specs on retailer sites than their own.

I have mine and used it a bunch to see how it could do. In terms of power, it works great... firing 1/2" long T50s into hard woods no problem. Drive depth was consistent enough for how they are used.

The one thing that takes getting used to is the ramp up. When you fire a staple, you can hear it actually retract and then fire the staple... so if you are using contact triggering, when you press it against the workpiece you get a short delay before it actually fires the staple. While this isn't a big deal, it means I will probably still use my pneumatic T50 staplers for large jobs.

Much more minor complaint, but the magazine takes basically one stick of staples and thats it. So if you see you're getting down, there's no sticking a new one in like my other staplers. It's not exact but there is little room to play with.

Other than that, it's great.

(I have several SureBonder T50 staplers that I use primarily - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PK1BMR4/?tag=atomicindus08-20)
Thanks for the review going to be building a screen so it would come in handy doubt I would have much use for contact triggering.

While I have some M12 stuff that I like a great deal and use everyday, I was wondering if anyone has knowledge of some of the older corded stuff or could give me an idea of who may.

I collect and use older US made tools. I just picked up a basically NIB 0375-1. One of the older shiny ones. It has the Amstar name on the label, but no country of origin information. Had a few questions about it that I've struck out on Google with. Thanks.

Did a good thing and wife says I can get an xmas gift this year. Wasnt supposed to as deals on prior giant gifts excluded me from gifts this xmas. I am thinking the Fuel 1/2 ratchet kit, cause I want the Fuel bag case lol. Decided I am keeping older ratchets, get her to buy me more exp one then get 3/8 bare tool myself. Need a promo on the kit by xmas, hoping for at least a free 6.0.

I wouldn’t like the new vac anymore or less I think. Having to open the lid every time I wanted the hose would get old. The beauty of a compact cordless vac is the ability to grab that one spot you missed.....oh and that one.....and that one over there.

How is it that harbor freight can put out a 3/8 impact with 300+ foot pounds of torque but Milwaukee can't? Come on Milwaukee.

LOL, even if we believe the HF one is actually 300... Surely next year the Fuel 3/8 will get a refresh with Mid Torque and new 1/2 recently. 325-375 ft-lbs would be my prediction.

I hope so. I want a 3/8 gun bad, but can't bring myself to get the current one from Milwaukee.

The HF one claims something like 370 ft/lbs. Hopefully the M18 will be around there also (if they even come out with a new one).

Agreed. As sloppy as the hose storage is on the old version, I'll take it over the new style. I hate to say it, but Dewalt did better with the hose and attachment storage on their 18/20V wet/dry vac. I've owned both and preferred the Dewalt, though the Milwaukee is a bit more powerful.

Yeah the HF has more like 170 ft lbs at best. But yeah I'm surprised they haven't done like a beefy "high torque" 3/8" and a compact. I love how compact eh 3/8" is but air guns can put out 400lbs, so it's not like it's beyond the capabilities of the 3/8" anvil. I'd be happy with 350ft/lbs. I would still probably use my compact more though, it's the perfect size

I would actually prefer the Milwaukee over the DeWalt. I like that when not in use it is box shaped with no handles or anything else protruding from the case.

Now if it were packout compatible that would be a smart design refresh

know what yet, but I would love to get a 6.0 battery with it. Maybe the 2nd gen of drill and impact.

I think Milwaukee missed a good opportunity to include some wand storage in that new m18 wet vac. That's the only thing I don't like about them - no extension wands.. 2 small ones under to top of the lid - or hell, just a sleeve built into the collection chamber woulda been nice.

That small usb rover light is ******* great.. I brought that and the m12 stick light into a big job a I had today, and I never even picked up the m12. The magnetic head is so much more useful that I expected, and it fitting into a pocket makes it great to carry around, or bring up on a ladder.

Got my M12 staple gun. It’ll be fine but I’m undecided on performance. Depth of insertion didn’t seem THAT consistent, then again neither is a 2x4 (that I was experimenting on).

The thumb knob to adjust depth seems dumb to me. It takes a million twirls to go from one end to the other and it’s a slow process as you can only get ~1/6th (guessing?) of a turn at a time.

Again, I’ll enjoy it for as little as I staple but not sure they put their best designers on this one.

Everyone seems to be raving over this rover light I have the M12 stick light what's the runtime on the rover?

How often does one need to keep adjusting the knob?

I'm not sure on the run-time yet. I've used it a few times already, I stuck it to the exhaust on my '17 RAM last night and used it to change the oil, it worked really well.

The stick light should of came with the magnetic holder but if I remember when I was in Home Depot it was brighter than the m12 stick light

It has a magnet built into the top and the back. I just stuck the top against the exhaust and let the magnet hold it. Worked great.

I've nearly killed a little 2407 M12 drill. Yesterday it noticeably lost some speed and struggles under load. Was also giving off a burning odor, but not the sweet smell typical of electric motors.

In just this last order it de-burred 2720 holes, and that's just one of dozens of similar orders it's completed. And not just shallow countersinks but as deep as a 3/8" 90 degree countersink will reasonably go.

Anyway, it's got a build date of '14 so I'm sending it in for warranty to see what they say. I think the brushes are likely just nearly gone. I could probably address it myself but I don't have the time, esp if they'll do it.

So my local Home Depot has a sale $599 for cordless miter saw kit with 2 batteries and get a free tool: (M18 Sawzall, circular Saw, Tower light, another batter)

Worth getting? Better to wait for Black Friday sale? A wash?

Are the extra tools Fuel models?
If not, it's still $130 savings referring to the sawzall. Personally I usually get Fuel tools only but have 1 regular 1/4 impact for people to borrow.

Would be cool if HD would let someone add money to get "free" Fuel tool vs non-Fuel.

Picked up the 2860 mid torque yesterday. Had nearly $40 in gift cards plus a HD Pro coupon for $10 off $100 purchase. Got it out the door for just shy of $150. So far I like it. Much lighter than my 2763. I have yet to actually use it. But winter is coming and I will be swapping tires around soon.

Nothing Fuel. The recip Saw is tempting as I don't have one, but it's not really needed right now.

I'm wondering what they'll do for black Friday? They might pair the Miter Saw with the metal stand

Ended up picking up the rocket light for 200 bucks with the free 5.0 battery since the deal ends this month. Was sitting on the fence about it for the last month or so. Didn't really need the light or battery but I can see some times where the light will come in handy working on cars or camping or construction. I thought it would be a little brighter but it's still pretty bright. Would have liked the newer rocket light but just couldn't justify the 400 dollars for a light that will get used once in a while. This one should be fine for me for now.

I don't how money is for you but an idea besides the $550 kit at cpo when you want a Fuel sawzall is the $250 kit has a 9ah battery. Wait for a coupon. I paid $207 after 20% off.

If I did the HD deal I'd probably pick a 3rd (5ah) battery. I already have the Fuel sawzall & 7 1/4" fuel saw, lol.
