Inflator finally arrived last night. Let the air out of one of my tired to play with a bit and its a pretty cool little dude. Fairly loud, but not as slow as I was expecting given the size. Nice and simple to use. I was curious how the fitting would work and if you'd have to hold it onto the stem to fill. It threads onto the valve stem. You just set the PSI, thread it on, hit start and it'll auto shut off when it hits the target pressure. I'm going to be keeping it and a M12XC battery in my truck's trunk.

I want a bigger m18 version that can inflate larger tires faster.

We all do. In my off road truck, I air down. Filling up 37" tires at a gas station *****. And I think* too much for the M12. (16 psi to 34psi). ViAir setup is pricy...

When I was out there messing with it on a near dead M12 battery it did 28-38PSI without issue. You might need to do two and wait 10 minutes and do the other 2 but I bet it could manage fine. I'll be testing it more though just to see what it can do. Measure CFM on it, run time etc.

I would imagine we'll see an M18 compressor rather than a larger inflator. I wouldn't complain, all my trim nail guns are pneumatic and I've been trying not to buy them all in cordless, I'd rather just get a cordless compressor.

so i bought the non folding Milwaukee hardline knife - and it just showed up.. (red handle, black blade, full tang). i "misplaced" my 3.5" folding hardline, and figured - eh, ill find a way to carry this one instead.. yea - probably NOT a good idea.. lol.. i under estimated the size of this thing, but i gotta say - its a pretty serious looking knife... heavier then i imagined too.. i wish they made a hawkbill style blade in this knife for utility work. so - as an everyday "carry to work with me" type knife - not so much, unless you wanna wind up in a court room.

Bet you won't see this from directly from Milwaukee. Available in Milwaukee, Dewalt or Makita.

I'm leaning towards the air-powered. Wonder how much noise that would make?

False advertising and MSC......

So we all know that MSC is not the place to find deals but every once in a while it does happen. Yesterday I received an email notification proclaiming 25-30% off based upon X dollar amount spent. So I looked thru their sales products and found 4 Milwaukee 4.5" 7 amp grinders on sale for $189.00 and I expected (since it wasn't stated anywhere noticeable, not even a hint) that the 25% off would be applied.

So here I was thinking that "now that's a deal!" And I was gonna tell all my brother in arms here about it. Well yesterday I wasn't able to take the time to order so I did it this morning. As I went thru each step I kept waiting for the promo box to show up. I also kept going back n forth before hitting the almighty "buy" button to the sales promotion propaganda ****. That basically said you could apply it at the final step. So I finally pushed the damn button and whatta ya know, money spent and no chance to apply the discount. :(

So I called customer service to discuss. Even they admitted you had to read thru allllll the small print to find out these discounts were not applicable to items already on sale.

Well to land this plane I'm not even remotely a satisfied customer but I let them process the order anyhow. At $189.00 shipped for four grinders is by no means a bad deal, but it's not a drop what you're doing now and go blow a couple Benjamin's either.

So heads up if your looking for a fair deal on grinders and a heads up ya better read the 1.5 million word fine print description of sales agreement too ;)

I'm gonna be broke guys. I can't tell in the photo if the drill and impact driver are just them showing the old ones with a 12.0 or if everything in that photo is new design

I think they're releasing a new impact driver, drill, sawzall, circ saw, grinder, chainsaw, table saw. I can't for the life of me tell what that 3rd took from the left is in the top row.

If you look closely the drill and impact driver look even shorter than the most recent versions(which is insane because knowing Milwaukee, these will have even MORE power)

We should have a clearer idea of everything that's being released by the end of the day.

I am about as excited as a kid on Christmas, idk about you guys. This is awesome. And it looks like they're calling these new ones "super tools" so I am dying to hear the specs on these.

I've been crying for a 6" grinder for a while now and they go and release a 7"/9" one

The new Fuel 7 1/4 Circular saw is 5,800 rpm vs 5,000 on the current. Looks like they also made changes to the dust port and will include a vac adapter.

Milwaukee just made me very happy with the new M12 impact wrenches. The 1/2 and 3/8 are rated at 250ft lb and the 1/4 is rated at 100ft lb. They also have 4 modes. I can't wait to get my hands on these.
