What was the clearance price? If you wanna sell one I may be interested. Seems like my home depot doesn't ever ever clearance anything![]()
No way on earth would they eliminate the reg fuel. They would lose way too much business, not tons of people who want to spend 400 on a sawzallSo is the super sawzall REPLACING the fuel sawzall? Also - Home Depot (by me anyway) is PACKED with the Ridgid modular storage kit - Ridgid s packout version.. pretty nice and a lot cheaper.. I can't bring myself to buy the packout kit cause I honestly have no real need for it.
Speaking of sawzalls - I bought the original m12 brushed hackzall - and I gotta say the thing is better than I expected.. I've only used it for a few small things, like small bolts and a couple pvc projects - thing is honestly pretty decent for what it is.

Does your ratchet smell "Oily"???
My 1/4" does... slightly disturbing.
It's like the lube they used for the business end... kinda got into the motor area and is burning off or something.

Haha, I concur. One Key seems like a gimmick for the most part.IMO the One Key Sawzall is so hokey pokey. That is literally one tool I never wanna tinker with when using it. The trigger control is really good anyways. I bet they're being clearanced because no one else sees value in them either [emoji23]

Same with mine, but when they have deals on them they seem a bit better than the big stores do. Not often, but I've scored pretty big deals on occasion. The Ace Hardware locations around me carry Milwaukee stuff, but they are significantly more expensive than anywhere else, probably even more than Grainger.

Also, that clearance price is decent to me if reselling, or you have 9AH batteries already. I got the 9AH Fuel SawZall Kit for $207.![]()
Wondering if anyone has the size for the power plug that goes into the M12 or M18 USB power adapter? Looking to power something off one of the adapters, but of course don't have my heated jacket with me to measure the barrel jack.

Also known as size M, very common. Be careful doing that, if you short the power adapter it's done for. I opened one up and couldn't find the fuse or breaker to replace it. I now have two that only function as a USB charger.I have it... let me go look and edit this... I power my 12v nebulizer.
EDIT: 2.1 x 5.5mm Male
These are the ones I used... PERFECT FIT.

Strange, I like having 4 speed options. I have one set for slow ramp up for metal, one for non-aggressive wood, and one for pruning. Forget the other.
I have never used the tracking of it though, or any other tool management in the app. Programmed on day one, and have sort of forgot about it. Little piece of mind if it were to end up growing legs. You also get a blade brake option in the controls.
The bigger reason for clearancing, is the Super Sawzall on its way. Lot more pro's would rather have the power that the other options. It does have a speed dial, so it doesn't completely lose that control, and it does add orbital cutting.

Thanks. That is the size I ordered off eBay. I need a male to male, and it was $.99 from you-know-where-ina. Hoping to power some trail cams, but only temporary usage & dislike using so many AA's (8 a cam).
Member BlueBomber picked up this beast for me at a recent estate sale.
I think they sell one now tooI did a similar thing with male-to-male by splicing two of those adapters together with heat shrink crimp connectors. I use it with my M12 battery adapters to power some cheap Utilitech LED lights I got on clearance at Lowes. Spent too much on M18 lights and I was too cheap to spend more on M12 lights too.
My dad used a similar setup with his Ridgid 18v batteries to power an LED spotlight on his snowblower.
I also made a 12V vehicle power adapter for my heated hoodie to power it in the car or on my tractor without draining a battery.
Milwaukee makes a chainsaw??
do they make an M18 chainsaw? that'll look great next to my M18 Fuel 7 1/4 saw.
I think they sell one now too
Serious question here... what is the value of an M18 brushless grinder with paddle switch/brake, a M18 brushless med duty impact, and a 9 amp M18 battery after they have fallen off a 400 foot tower?
The bodies are trashed, the grinder motor is trash, and the battery says its charged on the battery and charger, but doesnt run tools. One of the other older impacts and two 5 amp batteries survived the fall.
Should they be thrown away or are there some small internal parts that we should keep?

Pretty much. Guys up top put too much weight on the line and ground guy wasn't expecting it. Let go before he burned his palms off. All the tools were in a canvas bucket that exploded when it hit the tower on the way down. The 8 year old Mil impact that we found on the side of the road still works and looks fine. That *****, what happened? My tools always get an individual lanyard, did the entire bucket take a tumble?
So one of the Milwaukee impacts made that drop and still works?!?!Pretty much. Guys up top put too much weight on the line and ground guy wasn't expecting it. Let go before he burned his palms off. So is the consensus that this is a top off tool not a flat tire pump?Cool use that little inflator to add 10lbs to a 265 16 LT tire before my towing excursion this morning. Took just about 2 minutes. So great I set it walked away to do other stuff and just shutoff when it was done.
After I walked outside I realized there wasn't a 12v battery in it then thought cam there a battery clamp accessory to use off the vehicle too!![]()
