Anybody here own the max bite combination wrenches? Any thoughts? I've been eyeing them up from time to time, but finding it hard to pull the trigger.

Does anyone use the switch tank sprayer? bought mine last memorial day and used it a handful of times last season.

I am having a pressure issue where when it gets down to the last 1 to 1/2 gallon the pressure drops intermittently. It will pick back up then low again until there is not much left in the tank.

For $299 for tool only, was hoping for better performance.

I have the 3 piece rolling pack out. What exactly do you want measured?

I ended up going for the $15 bag and everything fits. Significantly better scenario for me than the $120 roller with $50 dollars of Kaizen foam.

New Tool!
Blower: It's nice. Replaced a Gas Echo and i won't be going back for my intents and purposes. Super light, 2 modes. Can do the whole property on less than half a battery. I should be able to get trimming, edging, and blowing done on 1 battery so that's a plus.

Finally got a working caulk gun from CPO today. The DeWalt 20v and Milwaukee 18v were way too pricey, but this little m12 one was just right!

I can say CPO will take care of you if their refurbished stuff doesn't work. They sent me a new one for the same price.

Hey kppolich, nice. On your blower you've got the tube on wrong. Not that it matters, still works fine I guess. I did not know that was possible.

I finally jumped on the Milwaukee bandwagon!

Bought these a few weeks ago on a great sale from Zoro.

Just got my first milwaukee power tool. Got the m12 2551 1/4 hex surge impact. I like the size and will try it with light auto work.

Anyone know any good deal on the M12 right angle die grinder? figure that would be a nice add on for the m12 set up.

Need some Milwaukee advice. Went to a buddys house over the weeeknd and used one of these Snap On screwdrivers (link below)

Kind fell in love and currently have all Milwaukee tools. I see they make the M4 driver below - does anyone have input on this? I have mostly M18 tools and a few M12 and was hoping M12 had something close that could use a 1.5/2 battery and be pretty small.

My dad has the same (or similar) snap-on 1/4" hex driver at work. I've used before...it's really nice for working in car interiors:).

I started using my M12 1/4 hex impact on setting 1 or 2 for similar work and found that it's a decent approximation. Not as compact as the snap-on and it doesn't have the convenient forward/reverse rocker, but it gets the job done well enough that I don't have a desire to spend money on another battery platform.

If you have one, maybe give it a shot for tasks that you used the Snappy for and see what you think.

I hate to admit it, but I went yellow for light duty screw removal. That and my Bosch laser level are the only non-Milwaukee cordless tools that I've had for less than 10 years.

I have the M12 2401 screwdriver I grabbed on sale for $60 with batteries and charger, it works great. I much prefer it to a 1/4” impact driver for most things. I looked at buying the Fuel version, but it’s way too much money for the two speed setup.

Like the other guys, I have and love the Dewalt DCF680N2 screwdriver. I use it for my RC trucks, the clutch is fine enough it won’t strip a M2 screw in plastic. Definitely spend the extra $30 or so and get the better of the Dewalts with the clutch.

Bit the bullet and bought the 3/8" M12 Ratchet (non fuel). I bought the non fuel because I wanted something small and light. It didn't disappoint today helping a lot with the TB/WP service I am doing on my 94 Miata. When it didn't break the bolt loose I would try with the tool, if it seemed like I was putting too much torque into it I would move to my Bosch impact driver, or SO ratchet.

I predict this will get a lot of use, and it my first Milwaukee cordless tool. Already eyeing up the 3/8 Stubby impact.

Always tons of new in box impacts on CL or FB.
If you don't want to deal with them I would check ebay.

People are always breaking up the kits and these sell for cheap.

I'm looking to replace my C3 impact driver. Whats the thoughts on this deal or can i do better with something else some where else? Seems like a good price even though i'd still need a charger i can get with another kit.

I've been using the M4 Screwdriver for stuff around the house for the past 1.5 years and it's great. I already owned 18v Ridgid Impact and Drill when I received it as a gift but when I did my kitchen remodel last year I used the M4 for almost everything. The clutch is excellent on it, there are a few different models I believe. As my father in laws clicks continuously when his clutch kicks in, where mine just clicks once and stops and he got his about a year before I got mine. It CAN drive a 3" screw in but it will take longer than a full size drill, but for light duty around the house/etc it's perfect. Definitely beats lugging an 18v battery around for small stuff.

Oh, watch for it go on sale, I got mine with a charger and 2 batteries for $99 I believe. Only reason I don't think it's seen as much as it's the only M4 item they make, I'm surprised they haven't come out with a small work light or other items for household use that the M4 battery would be perfect for.

That driver has been around FOREVER. It is a great screw driver for assembling stuff. The guys at my old job used to use the older rev of it to assemble desktop PCs. Works great for low torque applications.

Yup, I used to work in laptop repair & I had the Milwaukee NiCad one (predecessor of the M4). It was identical (except being red) to the black & yellow Panasonics that were issued out by the company. When then switched to white Panasonics when the Li-Ion ones came out. Sold that MW for $50, it was a great driver.

I'm thinking of picking up a Mid Torque impact. I have the High Torque and the 3/8 stubby, as well as sockets in both sizes, but I have a much more complete set of 3/8 sockets. Ace has the 1/2 mid on sale with a free 5.0 battery but no such deal for the 3/8. Should I go for the 1/2 inch and just fill in my sockets as I go? I'm just a DIY car guy.

I’d go 1/2 for the torque range of the mid torque. Use a 1/2 to 3/8 adapter if needed. You have a 3/8 stubby that does 200+ lbs. I have the 1/2 high torque, 1/2 mid, and 3/8 stubby. For 1/4 I use the M12 1/4 ratchet, or an M12 or M18 hex impact with 1/4 socket adapter.

This little grinder has become one of my favorite tools. It’s my first die grinder. Can anyone recommend a bit for getting rust out of all the nooks and crannies without removing too much material?

Wire wheels is what I use. On the part you posted I doubt you’ll be able to get everything. Maybe little wire wheels or wire cups in a dremel. Unfortunately the dremel wire stuff wears down super fast.

I use the wire wheels with a drill but I’ve had a hard time finding ones that are rated for the rpm of the grinder.
