Hey guys ive been on here for a while now looking at everyones garages, and WOW you all have soon awesome examples. Through all the articles and pictures somewhere there was a little spark that shot up in me, of wanting my own work shop. I began looking and found a little shop not far from home that had a note in the window saying it was for sale. I ask around about the owner and found out he lived in another state. I tried calling several times amd noone answered so I tried facebook! I found him and we started talking about the buildings condition and price. It needed a little work but nothing big and the price was increditable for a shop of the size. The building is about 80 foot by 80 foot. The original building was built in the late teens or early twenties from the info I have come across. It was added onto in 1956 and finally in the 70s sometime there was a lean to added on. It was built and worked as a dodge dealership until the late 80s when the older man retired.
I dont know much more about it lol! I am looking and searching for a name for it as cool as everyones else so please be thinking!!!

Now that is a cool shop! I'd love to have a space like that. Can't wait to see some updates!!

Any idea what the name of the dealership was? Do you have any original photos of the inside or outside when it was functioning as a dealership?
