Well I finally got through the whole thread, had to put a bib on as I was drooling all over myself. Everything about your place is amazing! I'm a total gearhead so the car collection really got to me, the bird, vettes, ferraris, porsches and if that wasn't enough I spy a GT40 in there, you're killing me.
You gave me a great idea, hope the wife will go for it, honey we don't have a big enough table when we have the whole family over so we should really buy a lift
Greetings, rj440.
Thanks for reading through this thread and I am pleased you enjoyed your time here. Happy too that you like our little collection of cars.
The GT is a wonderful car with tons of torque, in fact, more torque than I'll be able to use, but man, what a ride! This car is model year, 2005 and is the 836th unit built in the production run of just over four thousand cars for '05 & '06. It is the 110th unit out of 237 FGT's painted in Mark II Black in 2005. Further, it has all 4 options: BBS Wheels, Painted Calipers, Stripes, and the McIntosh sound system of which I've yet to turn on... Who needs tunes when there is 550Hp DOHC engine and a supercharger within inches of my ears?
You have a very sound argument on buying a lift for your hobby and for entertaining. Any tool used to multitask is a good thing.
Vancouver Island is simply a beautiful area with such a rich cultural environment. Over the years, have spent a good deal of time on The Island and will be back many more times.
Looking forward to seeing more on your project(s).
Those doors came out looking great.
Thank you kind sir. Always enjoy seeing what you are up to on your shop/property.

The tractor cabinet looks too good to be real
You have solved a storage and a water problem for me
with that cabinet I think I'm going to build something simular
just out back of my work shop door
You are my hero
Thanks Don
Good morning Don,
You have been one busy guy! Rodent extermination, flooding, the green house and cleaning up after the flood.... plans for an ark?
I think you will like the storage shed. A place to keep all the stuff that should be behind closed doors. If anyone can make it happen, you are the one!
I thank you all for your kind words and the time you take reading and posting to this thread.
Ody.
