Almost ready for spray foam!

Looks great!
This may have already been addressed, but I would recommend contacting your builder/metal supplier and get something in writing (unless you already have it in your build contract) that the use of spray foam insulation will not void the warranty.
I've heard of people with 50 year steel warranties that have had rust issues not get panels replaced under the warranty because the company claimed the spray foam insulation is what cause the premature rusting. Just food for thought.

What a nice build! Sorry, I might have missed this in the thread but what size is your building?

Excellent! I am looking at the same size 30 x 40. Is yours a 15' ceiling to the bottom of the trusses? What size is your large bay door? I want to use a two post auto lift for a 9' high truck and I need that clearance. Really like what your building out! Thanks for sharing!

What high bay lights are you using? Have a link to them? I also havew 16" ceilings and those are looking nice. Thanks

Awesome Progress so far.

It looks like your using a combi boiler setup. What brand/model are you using?

Keep up the good work.

The contractor I used saw cut it this evening.
28 days is time concrete takes to cure. "Shouldn't" put heavy equipment or anchor anything into the slab until its cured.
6-7.5" thought-out the slab, 8-9" at the overhead door thresholds. Overkill but it'll work.
Interior floor is 40'x60', exterior lean-to's are 10'x15' and 10'x60'.
I'm very lucky, the concrete contractor is a family friend, he did it for cost of materials and labor for his crew.

These are the overhangs I originally planned for except with the transom lights above overhang.

Looks amazing!
I'm jealous of your heat setup.
Need to get mine finished.
Trying to finish the ceiling first though.
