Here is one for ya, panel fed from a 15 KVA* X-former & there is nothing right there...

And no, it's not my doing.

*Shop has a 200A, 480/277V service, & the only place I have found 277V lighting in a residence (bootlegged MIL unit) which is a big no-no.

Edit: here is one of my shop panels.
