Is this something on my end or the sites end....why does the clock on the site...show on posts that its like 5 hours later then what it really is??

You don't have it set up right. Go into your user control panel then to "Edit Options". There you will find the option to change it to match your time zone.

That could be on your end, the sites end or a combination of both. Six minutes isn't much though. One of the computers I have the clock always runs several minutes ahead no matter how many times I reset it.
