After getting at least 5 Gov't issue specific tool kits in various quantities I've decided to do a pic discovery series with opening and setting up a true Gov't issue Military specific tool Set. This one the TK90G is specifically called Battery maintenance tool kit. Here are the first pics of the kit in the box. One already opened and set up is on top of the first shots. OK., now I have to figure out pics on this forum...

Well that's pretty much it. These are high quality US tools provided by Uncle sam... er you (if you pay taxes). Names like Xcelite, Seekonk, Proto, Irwin. Stackon, Snap-on, Crescent, etc, etc.
These sets were discontinued for some newer and better ones I'm sure!
I have other Mil TK sets if anyone would like to see...

The boxes are very nice! I think they are Stack On. Now I see that this kit is actually not complete. Must have been picked thru. No goggles, pocket knife (usually Camillus), maybe more... need to look.

Isn't that the pocket knife on the right hand side of several pics?

That's my pocket knife that I was using to open the packeges with! Funny, that it is the correct one for the kit though!

"Unused. More government waste."

Absolutely. I ahve been dealing directly with it for at least 15 years. I'm not going into it as such at this point. It is what it is.

But.... admire the fine choices and assemblies chosen of USA made tools. I sell them and probabvly cheaper than their imported copies. Really not here to do that either.

It seemed this might be the place they would be appreciated for what they are, genuine USA made tools. I have several different TK Sets to display, if anyone is interested in seeing them.

I am going to move this to the classified section as I see there is interest in it. Though, further I will show off other Gov't TK sets. Very Neat stuff!
