Have any of you yanks been to the tool shed?
www.used-tools.com

It seem like a novel idea with the bargain bin table, but I wonder what the prices are like on other items, and the quality of the tools on the bin table??

Anyone been there? i kinda want to go but its too far away for me.

We have a local used tool store called ReTool. The prices are good, selection currently is great because of the poor economy. When things were booming, you had to hit the place a few times a week to get the better quality tools. Automotive tools are a bit scarcer than before, though. That's probably economic, too.

I used to watch that place on You tube all the time. They put out a new video weekly. I wonder how the prices really are? There is a sorta similar mostly tools pawn shop around here and they usually have a great selection because their prices are ridiculous! There is only one guy there who will even try to bargain with you too!

That place is about fifty minutes from me, and I have thought of going several times before. In the videos, I have seen some cool stuff. Worcester is a scrubby city, and well, I don't care for cities of any kind anyway. But maybe it's worth a trip out there for giggles.

That porter cable magnaquench 12 volt cordless drill he showed looked brand new and they have not made that thing in 15 years. that was my first step up from the makita 9.6 back in the day, it was a good drill that lasted.
If that place was near me, i would check it out.
