Been surfing the net for tool cabinet info and came across this company out of N.J. Just wondering if anyone has purchased any of their products? I"m looking at a 52" tool cabinet model # nr5610bl priced at $883.50 free shipping. Any info would be appreciated.

Me too, I do about 3-4 orders a year from them. I got all my SK stuff from them plus my Go-Jaks.

The ToolWarehouse is also a registered member of this site and someone from thier company used to post on here from time to time. Haven't seen a post in about a year from them.

I have order many items from them over the past 5 years for my shop and they have never disappointed me. Great packaging and fast shipment. Good overall prices on most things too.

I buy stuff from them all the time, if I order it early in the day it gets here the next day. They usually ship out of a warehouse in IL, the last order I placed that warehouse was out of a couple of items so they shipped them from TX. If you order over 250.00 they give you a 10.00 coupon on a purchase over 100.00 that is good for 2 weeks so if you plan on a large order you can split it up & save 10.00. Free ship on most items, just make sure when you order that you pay attention to the checkout page where it says 'processing fee' and click 'free ship over 99' if your order is. Good place to order from, recommend them.

I currently have some SK stuff in the mail from them. They seem to do alot of business with people on the website and almost everyone is very pleased. Plus they have just about the best prices on SK stuff I've seen.

Are we talking about www.thetoolwarehouse.net? If so, their prices and service has been decent but every time I order something from them, they cancel part of my order because something is conveniently "backordered" or out of stock.....

I ten to support my local Snap On man more and more lately.

Yep ... out of the 30 plus times I have ordered from them, only 2 or 3 orders had partial cancel ... but I still got the free shipping because when I placed the order, it was over $100 ...

I have used them for several years now and will continue to use them. Their prices are great and I usually get my order in 3-5 days. The only drawback to their customer service is that you can't tell if an item is in stock when you order it, and there are no back orders. If it's out of stock, the item is canceled and you're advised to reorder. You can always check their price against Tooltopia to see who is the cheapest.

They are OK. They customer service is generally friendly, however not very efficient. I once ordered a Viking sander, the one I got was used (a return from a pervious customer). It was cracked, dirty, etc. They handled it, but it took around a week to get the replacement, after they told me when I first called they would send out a replacement that day.

I know that they dont hold any inventory. They ship out of several 3rd party warehouse type dealers. I also dont think they have a true office. I think they get phone operators that work out of their houses. I have heard commotion, such as a small child in the background, but never the sound of other phone operators in the back ground.

When something is missing, often there is no packing slip in the package, and you have no way of knowing if it was out of stock, or you were charged for it and it was forgotten. Thats when you have to call, and find out, and then a week later they send you a packing slip. Not the most efficient system.

I use Tooltopia for the reason that The Tool Warehouse charges me sales tax on my orders. Even tho the tool warehouse usually has things cheaper with sales tax it comes out to be more. I have had nothing but smooth transactions from toolwarehouse.net, so i really never dealt with there customer service.

Things that S/O and matco sell under bluepoint, mac, matco, cornwell can be bought from original vendors found on toolwarehouse.net as well as tooltopia.com....

Well I guess it's time for a quick update... I just got my order today. One of the things I got was an SK metric socket set, 5mm-15mm well instead I got two 14mm's and no 15:headscrat. Also one of the pegs on another socket set I got was broke. I just emailed them. Should be interesting to see what happens. I'll be sure to update.

Yeah I read that a long long time ago... In fact it was the first thing I thought of when I saw the two 14mm sockets.

On a positive note my KD slide hammer set was flawless!

Yea, obviously not TTW's fault - it's SK. Still have not received word as to why had so many problems. My only take on that is that they are afraid to say their QC ***** and they employee 1/2 brained people to complete the sets before shipping.

I received no email response in two days, so I called the toll-free number and spoke to a very nice gentleman over the phone. I told him my order number and the issues with it, he said "no problem, you'll get a package by Friday with your socket and rail clamp". So far so good.

I'm guessing they ship from Warehouses all over the USA. With my Christmas return money, I bought just about every plier Channellock makes. I got most of the order in one package from Texas. However, the receipt said that the others would be shipped from Florida....Whatever that is worth.

My only complaint is that the website is a little messy. (e.g., Having items listed in the wrong place)

But if your smart, you can use this to your adavantage with their $100/free shipping deal. I'll order the one tool I need, then tack on a couple of items I "want" but have been out of stock for the past few orders to get my total up over $100. They only bill you for what is shipped, but the free-shipping will apply regardless.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them over the past couple of years. One nice thing is they are close to me and if I order before Noon, I'll usually get the order the next day. For me, this is less of a hassle than going to Sears and depending on my work schedule, sometimes faster.

I like the tool warehouse ... I shop them first when I'm buying tools ... but like others are saying they don't always have what you order in stock ... customer service seems to be slow when you have a problem ... but they always take care of the matter ... just not as fast as they take your order and send you your tools ... overall I am very satisfied customer of their's

As a final follow up I received a package today directly from SK containing a new 3/8" socket rail and a 15mm socket. All in all I'm pretty pleased. Hopefully things stay this easy as I am planning to buy a whole load of SK stuff in the near future. Time to start hand tool set #2!!!!

I got my package today too. They responded to my last e-mail and offered a 10% discount. I accepted. At least I got my stuff. More like a 2% discount after sales tax.

I have ordered for them but prefer tooltopia if you calculate the price and sales tax it still comes out cheaper, even tho tooltopia prices are a bit higher
