Hi everybody!
I`m newly arrived member GJ. First of all I was looking for a carcass building technology to upgrade my garage for a second floor. The trouble is what my garage is third level above ground. And my project of new second floor will be fourth level above ground.
Let me show my little garage which situated at a center of the town near of Black Sea. I just can see it from my window.
There are the first and the second metal gates for me and my neighbor.

My new garage is smaller than old one. There no electricity, water, and natural gas, a roof is leaking in rain, but it much closer to my home.
This is our garage community in Google
On the territory of our garage community.

On the photos, on the top of garage gates, you can see the small houses it`s not workshops or barns. There is a tiny hotel for tourists who can`t or won't live in an ordinary hotel. ))
It's just a hotel business and nothing auto cars in the garage.

Now I going to learn arc welding. I get the welding inverter and mask already, and I need to choose a clothing for the welding. I`m very nervous because I never welding before for myself.
