Judging from the look of the house, I'd say this is London (or at least some western eurpoean city) and thus not so big house still = big $. Since space is at a premium for parking, he engineered quite a clever solution to house 4 cars in the space for just 2.

I can't vouch for this, but someone using the same username as the Youtube member said it's in Wimbledon. If that's the case, that could well be a $5m+ residence.

Do they have ******* home owners associations in the UK like we have here? A lot of HOAs limit the # of cars you can park in the street... Around here (SoCal) if you want to live in a nice area and not on the outskirts/sticks you get small home plus a HOA to deal with.

We don't really have a structure like HOAs in the vast majority of areas, but sometimes the local council will administer on-street parking, so you'll get a permit for a certain number of vehicles, sometimes only one (!)

Great idea..too bad it would taking blasting through limestone - here in New Braunfels TX. All rock after going past 2" of top soil.
