The ultimate old Craftsman tablesaw upgrade

This is on Craig's list so it might be gone by the time you read this.
I own this saw but not with all these modifications. The only negative I see is it's missing the spreader and kickback preventer on the stock blade guard.

I had the 8-inch version of that saw for many years and made similar mods. I added a Biesemeyer fence, bigger motor, and POWERED TILT. I hated turning that little crank knob to make miters so I replaced the knob with a reversible gearhead motor. Worked so well my buddy added one to his CM saw as well.
