Round extension and no Indian head on sockets, that's one of the last wood box sets

I know. Hope he’s ok.That was a spectacular set. Have not heard from crtdi in a bit.

Yup, I was pretty excited to find it. I hadn’t even seen the sticker yet but when I saw the red with the black stripes I knew what it wasNice! Hard one to find.
You've seen one now. SmokeShow69 picked one that has been stripped of all of the attachments.I don't think I've ever seen the smaller cart with the press in the center of the unit??
That fits perfectly with the transition period I talked about in my first reply. Nice job cleaning it up without ruining its authenticity.all sockets were stamped blackhawk made in usa except the largest one which had the arrowhead logo, may of been left over inventory when filling the set
Wherever cocktails are served to guests will do just fine! Not kidding. Liquor bottles inside, snifters and tumblers and shot glasses on top. And, given its condition, I would not hesitate to go glossy black with glass surfaces inside and top. That emblem will really pop!My wife thinks it looks amazing and is trying to find a spot for it inside the house.
Oh totally. It would look amazing restored for sure! I’ve got quite a few projects ahead of it but I’m certainly open to someone buying it from me and restoring it! I would also be up for trading it for a lower Blackhawk roller.I would have a very hard time leaving this as is given the current condition. All I keep thinking about is laying down a fresh coat of paint and adding the crisp black triple lines on this.
Smoke, I think I posted this on one of the Blackhawk threads before...from an Airbnb we stayed at on Lake Michigan. Though this isn't a Blackhawk it's also from Wisconsin with it's roots in a hand grinder company.Oh totally. It would look amazing restored for sure! Ha ha that’s totally what I had in mind! Butcher block top and I am contemplating making a wood shelf insert for it in the middle cavitySmoke, I think I posted this on one of the Blackhawk threads before...from an Airbnb we stayed at on Lake Michigan. It’s not as old as most items on this thread but still a good user. Please post that amazing grinder on the delta page
I didn't know there was a Delta page.
Thanks. I just posted on there.I think he's referring to this thread.
1920-60s DELTA / ROCKWELL picture thread - Post your Delta!
I thought it was high time we started a Delta Manufacturing Co. / Delta Rockwell thread to discuss and post all your Delta/Delta Rockwell stuff. "Delta Specialty Company" was started in 1919 by machinist Herbert Tautz while working out of his garage, initially only producing small home tools...www.garagejournal.com
