I like the peg board pics. my dad had the wall over his bench peg boarded.

Any info on the rack holding the punches?Coach

Third picture is simple 1 X 1/4" bar stock welded together with some holes drilled in it.

Fourth is 2" conduit lengths attached to some (brazed on) sheet metal channels, that you can find in the drywall section along with the metal studs. The channel allows you to blow out any crud that falls into those conduits, without taking it all down.

Well I've managed to fill this out a bit more since the initial pics and think it looks better. Sorry about the poor lighting, obviously my phone struggles with the lighting in my shop.

Anyway it's working great for me - I have zero complaints.

Why do people hate pegboard?
Personally, I like it...when organized, you can see at a glance if something is missing. Especially useful in aviation maintenance environment...

I think it is very nice. Pegboard seems to work unless there is a rusting problem. I have four pegboards, none as good or as well organized as yours. One is for simple tools of all kinds in the garage, one for small garden tools, one (large) for plumbing tools, and one (small) for basic auto maintenance like oil changes. All are attached to cinder block walls.
