These just turned up Feel ok a bit blingy, handles similar shape to Wera.

Very similar to my set:




Tip quality and balance are good. These are heavy and I've been using them for a few weeks and they have been great thus far. The handles cleanup nicely and they appear to be very durable.

It’s a great set, especially because it consists of PH, PZ and slotted drivers. Still can’t believe the pricing on these for you in the UK.

Olli, you're not going to get many contributions from North America, we don't have "ü" here.

Really though, for how giant Würth is in Europe, it doesn't have nearly the presence here.

Truth to be told, I really only buy the tools on a by case decision and only when it makes sense one way or another. I’m far more invested and interested in their consumables and especially their lines of chemical-technical products.

68mm hole saw with countersink for drywall/sheetrock and wood & spring ejector for core. Product# 0632068






So this might need some explanation, as it’s a pretty specific product to suit local/regional regulations: Our boxes for switches, receptacles, (…) are round. Those for installation in “hollow type” walls need a 68mm diameter hole. VDE regulations require these to be mounted either flush with the surface or mildly recessed, so when later on a switch or receptacle is put in, the cover plate will mount flush with the surface and there is no gap. Which would otherwise happen if the edge of the box was not sitting flush/recessed, and the switch or receptacle then rest on that box edge instead of the “wall”. That said, for some years now there are boxes emerging that expressly do not need the countersunk recess. So you need to know what you’re working with to choose the right installation method.

Pretty sure it aint the same as "euro" brake cleaner since it has been filled in states,so who knows who makes it in the states for wurth. I am sure you could find who is the original supplier for wurth and buy it at like half the price.

I bought a small Wurth set to give to my wife. She enjoys putting stuff together and it eliminated having to use the tools that come with things for assembly. She liked it and and went Wurth crazy for Christmas that year and got me 1/2, 3/8, and 1/4 inch ratchets. A big bit set and a fender protector. I wouldn't have ever bought myself the 1/4 inch with it being a rotating head. Seems gimmicky to me. My wife had no such reservations. Have to say it's great and is my go to when I need a 1/4 ratchet now. The bits are great quality.

I have a 3/8" version ordered (not shipped yet) and I'm on the fence on if I should cancel it.

Wurth "Dustproof" 3/8” ratchet:

I'm going to run these in a drill for some time and see if they loosen up, but they might go back If they don't

Im happy to report that running these in a drill for some time made about a 50% improvement in the backdrag. I’ve used the 1/2” drive on a suspension project this past week and I’m happy with it. The grip could be a little larger but I had plenty of confidence using it for heavier applications.

Had to join in, got this telescoping driver kit a week ago and have been using since.






I think it's made by wera, as the bit holder is certainly a red rapidaptor. The zebra handle shape is close to my favorite, the felo smart, but the zebra is a touch smaller and is the goldilocks size I've been looking for.

Another great & very comprehensive kit. Every time I see it I think I should buy it and then before pressing the order button I remember that I have all of the contents minus a few items and think: “no, not just for the box/kit aspect of it.”

But like the general/basic tool kit from some posts earlier, this kit is really, really great - and with the two combined there’s a lot you can get fixed “on the road”/ “out the door” - and everything has it’s place.

One thing Würth could improve on it make the trays dual color so it’s easier to spot were a tool is missing especially for ”road” use.

I might actually pick this up now for one of our new property projects, to stay there.
