Thermal imaging?

I have an HTI HT-18+ and have been very happy with it. Has done everything I have needed it to do so far and the resolution has been plenty good.

I’m afraid to buy say the seek reveal pro which is on sale for $400 only to have a better model in the price range or have them bring in a new model close to the sale price.

If it’s on sale, that’s a fair indication that it’s going to be replaced with a newer model, which won’t be cheaper, and may or may not be better.

Uni-T seems to be a decent brand with a track record and history. I have a couple of their products purchased in the last five years or so, including that specific thermal camera which I purchased a year ago, and I like them. They're well built and a good value. I also have a compact clamp style multi meter from them based on good reviews from the multi meter expert at EEVBlog.

Yes, I use a Seek thermal camera to find my $&*# cat when it runs out of the house at night in an attempt to extort more food out of me. Their eyes and nose show up pretty clearly in thermal images.

I got the B10 today. Much nicer than the Topdon both in terms of image quality and menu/interface.
