Most of the offshore plasma cutters use a simple two wire activating circuit in the head and hose assembly. I am trying to adapt one of these to my Pak 25, but the original Pak 25 unit has a 3 rd. wire, a 14 ga. that the off shore units do not have. Does anyone know the function of this wire or can provide me with a wiring diagram?

The original head and hose has the same 2 wire activating switch circuit as the offshore units but also has a third 14 ga. wire wire. I need to know what this wire does and a copy of the wiring diagram. Appreciate any help and or leads.
