Mine won't maintain a pilot arc. Local repair guy is lost. Anyone recommend a reputable repair facility? Parts source?

South Mississippi..near New Orleans, but I expect to have to ship the unit off for repair.

Bump. Anyone know a good repair facility? The local dude is troubleshooting with a DVM and a telephone (to the factory). I'm looking for a facility that will troubleshoot and repair this pig.
