thermostat advice

hi, i'm looking to replace 2 thermostats at my business. currently i have a pair of Venstar Flatstats and one has gone out. this is the second time in 5 years that i've had a failure.
at this point i'd like to upgrade to one with wifi capabilities. i installed 2 T9's at my home a few years back and have been very happy with them, and honeywell in general, so i'm leaning towards their products.
i'm curious though, whats the difference between a "home" thermostat and "commercial" thermostat?
i'm thinking maybe the features such as a screen lock (which i need)?
my only requirements are wifi, remote sensor, and the screen lock. need at least 2H/2C. please let me know what thermostat you like. if you like anything other than honeywell please let me know, i like their products but if there are better ones around then i'm all for it.

The difference between a residential and commercial is the commercial has 2 heat and 2 cool and a 7 program for the weekends vrs 5 & 2 day program and 1 heat 1 cool. Check to see if you have a C wire wire or a spare wire to run a programmable stat. Any name brand stat should be all about the same. Just pick the features your looking for. Commercial stat programming will be more in-depth.

Many of the new thermostats you can add a remote sensor. You can put the thermostat where ever you want, locked up in a office and mount the sensor in the room you want to control. Pretty sure the T9 will do that.

I am a fan of Honeywell, sold and installed for years with little issues.

As for commercial versus residential? If you are controlling a simple HVAC system, even a two stage rooftop, most any thermostat will do it as long as it will do multistage and many reisdential stats will. Many of the commercial 'stats will do more. It really depends on what you need.
