Found these oddities in a box of old tools. Never heard of them before and no mention on this forum. The internet suggests they build RV toilets since the 1960s. Hard to believe this shape of screwdriver would ever be needed.

They made special tools for fixing their toilets ! Bent screwdrivers, seal pullers etc.
