Thick floor tile

Looking to put some tiles maybe 3' around part of perimeter of garage by walls for storage. I want to raise items up a little bit in case of water puddles from cars etc. Any recommendations on a tile that is 1/2" to 3/4" thick? They can be open grating or textured, and not much weight will be on them.

Once you get the 3' perimeter down you will want to do the whole floor, LOL
