I had a Reznor heater installed in my garage last summer. Over the winter it worked very well and I'm happy with it's performance. The other day it was windy and I happened to notice a lot of cold air coming inside the garage from around the thimble. I was wondering if I could use some high temperature insulation to seal this opening between the thimble and the exhaust ? It exhausts on the NW side of the garage and that's where our weather mostly comes in from.
