I recently picked up a KTL1022 that needs drawer liners. $350 off the truck is not impressing me much. I use a lot of magnetic organization so a thin liner is ideal as would be one without a lot of texture. Original liner thickness is about .050" so something in that realm would be great. I am running into troubles finding a thin liner that is 30" (27ish") wide. The only ones I am seeing are 4mm thick?

edit-I found EPPCO which offers liner that looks correct, but they do not specify a thickness and it does not appear that its readily available direct and resellers are all over the place on price.

Yep, same here. I got my liner from NSI as well. Excellent quality, and great pricing:

What do they mean by "tacky"? Is it actually sticky where dust will stick to it and cannot be cleaned?

I have the regular tack. The tools do not slide when you close the drawer, maybe if I had a roll cart and was more mobile would want the extra tacky. Holding up great for me at my home garage. I have cut wood/ lots of sanding in the garage, dust does not seem to stick, never thought about it, the air gun cleans up the dust.
spilled hydraulic fluid or oil, cleaned with a towel and window cleaner or pre-moistened cleaning wipes with no harm. Do some searches here and read the reviews, this is the best value if you want the 1/8 inch thick liner and what you should buy IMO.

I also purchased from NSI. I used the less tacky and have no complaints. If I had it to do over I'd get the more tacky one as it's more like oem snappy.

I like and use PIG MAT. Google for it. A bomb 79 uses it under many projects.

They are a PVC impregnated fabric. Nothing else on the market like it. They are super thin, sticky, durable, and they fit the drawers perfectly. Very expensive yes, but for what they are and how long they last, they are a good investment. Trying to fine drawer liner material that's wide enough to cover the depth of those drawers is a daunting task. I would also hate to spend $350, but at least you're getting something tangible that works fantastic and will easily last 20 years. I recently had to pay an electric bill that was over $400 and what did I get for that? Nothing.
