Hi, I am currently running the stock 12" 80 tooth blade in my Dewalt Miter Saw. I am thinking to upgrade it to a 96T fine blade. Looking at a full kerf version vs a thin kerf one. The full kerf is about double the price. Is there any concern to run a cheaper thin kerf blade in a 12" miter saw?

I have the Diablo 12" 100 tooth polished finish blade on my Dewalt sliding miter. Works great. I don't see any reason to go full kerf.

Can't speak for 12" but I'm running a Diablo thin kerf in 10" on my miter and table saws and probably won't go back to anything else. Performance has exceeded expectations (first thin kerf blades).

Thin kerf was created for underpowered tools ie battery. They are good enough for most applications, but if high accuracy is important technically a full kerf may yield better results.
